If you are having audio issues, try the following in sequential order:
1. Make sure your device is not on mute. Check the Ring or Silent switch on the upper left corner of the device and make sure that the orange dot is not showing.
2. Increase the volume to an audible level, using the buttons on the right of your iPad.
3. Make sure that the Audio off button is not selected in the app.
3. Exit the app and reopen it.
